From the cobblestone streets of Denmark to the sunshine state of California, Niko has had quite the journey with different homes... 17 to be exact! After a four-year career as a UNM Lobo soccer player, he was drafted nine overall in the 2017 MLS SuperDraft. From his seven-year pro career, he heard many perspectives and stories about real estate from people of different backgrounds and multiple cities. Those experiences sparked his journey down the path as a realtor.
It was buying his first home in Albuquerque with his growing family, however, that truly ignited his passion for real estate. “Working with Josh and seeing his meticulous attention to detail and genuine care for my family immediately unlocked that brewing passion in me. I want to make others feel that same sense of joy and excitement about starting a new chapter.”
